Are you ready to experience the Florida Beachside lifestyle? Our 2 bed/2 bath unit is located in an oceanfront building, only a 30-second walk away from the sand. The unit features a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and shaker cabinets, and a dining area with built-in cabinets and shelving. It also has two full-size bedrooms, perfect for families or friends sharing a space.

The unit is situated on the ground floor, with walkout access to the beach from your screened-in patio. In-unit laundry, cable, internet, and one parking space are all included. Plus, our unit comes with access to the Cape Winds Resort amenities. You can enjoy the pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball, and tennis facilities across the street, and spend quality time with your loved ones.

This unit is fully equipped with all the comforts that you would find in your own home. It includes a blender, toaster, ice machine, coffee machine, and all basic necessities such as soaps and shampoos. Moreover, the unit is also equipped with all the basic beach essentials like towels, chairs, umbrella and toys!

The community is pet-friendly and conveniently located within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It's also close to Port Canaveral for cruises and more. If you're spending time in Orlando, we're only a 45-minute drive away from Orlando attractions.

You can also take a 1 block walk to the Cape Canaveral Library and Nancy Hanson Recreation Center, which offers tennis courts, racquetball courts, shuffleboard, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and a dog park.

If you're an outdoors enthusiast, you'll love the watersports, kayaking, surfing, and guided nature tours through the Indian River, all within walking distance. Plus, you can watch rocket launches right from your home! If you're looking for more adventure, visit the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge to watch bobcats and wild birds in a preserved habitat or enjoy the Kennedy Space Center, both only 20 minutes away.

Charming condo

All the comforts of home. Beachy decor added to the charm. Fished on the beach in the evening. The host was so very accommodating.

Great condo, felt like home!

Scott is a great guy and an amazing host. He is a kind person who helped my family out when our relocation to FL wasn’t going to well. The condo was great and I would definitely stay here again. Everything g was clean upon arrival and his communication is top notch. We had no issues whatsoever during our month long stay and can’t say enough good things about Scott and his property. Thank you!!!

Sun sand and beach!! Wow!!! This place has it all, location; all the amenities for a fabulous time.

We were welcomed with a delicious key lime pie to begin our amazing vacation!! What a wonderful relaxing month-long vacation we had. This beachside condo was very clean and had all the amenities and more!! Scott has the BEST neighbors ever! We were invited to the 1st St. Patrick’s Day dinner at the condo and met many neighbors. One very special neighbor took all of us on his 30 foot sailboat what a great time we all had. The location was perfect… the beach was right next to us, the stores and restaurants are all very close too. The view of the cruise ships arriving and departing was super cool not to mention you can see the space launches. Scott, our compassionate host, made our 96 year-old mother feel at home when he delivered a comfortable chair for her to sit in. If you want to see the most beautiful sunrises in the morning this is the place to be! There is even a beach for your dogs. So pack your bags and stay here you won’t need to bring anything else they have it all!! The only bad thing about this place is when your vacation is over.
