Cape Winds 304 is proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach’, the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!
The living room, kitchen & dining area are open concept, so you can enjoy the spectacular view while you are cooking, eating or lounging. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, a fully renovated ensuite, closet and TV. The guest room has a queen bed, closet & TV. There is a second bathroom off of the common space.
The space
NOTICE: Cape Winds has a construction project to repair the balconies in the 1 and 8 stacks scheduled from September 9th to November 23rd, 2024. During this time the pool, hot tub and grill will be closed on weekdays Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm but will be open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. There will be noise and dust from the construction throughout the building during this time. We have reduced our rates during this time period for the inconvenience.

- THE BUILDING & LOCATION -
Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!!
The complex is situated 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions.
The area has so many amazing activities for adults and kids alike; including the Kennedy Space Center, downtown Cocoa Beach, quaint & historic Cocoa Village, Ron Jons Surf Shop, Brevard Zoo, golf, surfing, Disney (45 minutes away), and of course, the beach!
