Cape Canaveral offers quiet, serene beaches, while also being the perfect vantage point for cruise and rocket launches. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, onsite parking spaces, and so much more! You'll absolutely love your stay here! Please note the house is three stories, including 1 bedroom and a full bath on the first floor, 3 bedrooms and two baths on the second floor, and the Kitchen Area, Living Room, and half bath on the Third.

Great laid back vacation

The views from the house were amazing. The house has great space and very clean. Easy access to the beach. The area isn't overly touristy, but great restaurants and pier super close. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

This gem was a perfect location for 5 adults and 3 teens. It was literally steps to the beach and the neighborhood felt safe to walk at any time of day. The beach was beautiful and we saw a rocket launch to boot. Can’t beat the ocean view and sounds from the third floor and second floor master bedroom and balcony. Fenced yard was a nice bonus. The owner was extremely responsive to any request. Hope to come back!

April vacation

This was our second time staying at this property-we previously stayed in October of 2022. We love the location and the floor plan of the house is ideal for our family. We will return in the Summer/Fall! There are many stairs in the home and the kitchen/family area is on the third level - not a problem for most of our family but a little challenging for our 80+year old brother in law. I would recommend child gates for toddlers/younger children. Overall, great kitchen set up (we cooked in for Easter and some of our meals), super comfortable family area and beds, and great views of the ocean with easy beach access. Our teenagers rented bikes and we felt comfortable letting them ride the area. We could also see them on the beach from the upstairs balcony. Perfect location for viewing the space launches!

Emplacement parfait !

Le fait que la maison est à seulement quelques pas de la plage a été le gros plus pour notre famille ! La communication avec Jennifer et Shane a été très rapide et ils ont été accommodants vu un imprévu avec les vols. Ce fut très apprécié ! Il n’y avait pas de propane pour le BBQ et ils ont rapidement corriger la situation après que l’on ait informé. La maison est très vaste et lumineuse. Il pourrait y avoir des rénovations qui rendrerait l’expérience encore plus agréable :rafraîchir la peinture au balcon, plafond de la salle de bain qui décolle et luminaires avec de la rouille, porte papier de toilette, etc) mais dans l’ensemble les points forts nous ont fait oublié ces petites choses. L’équipement de cuisine est plus que complet ! Par contre, il faut absolument une plus grande table à manger qui n’est pas adaptée pour la capacité. Nous avons apprécié les chaises de plage, le parasol, les serviettes et le petit sac de glacière sans oublier le chariot pour transporter le tout. Il aurait été aussi agréable d’avoir un ballon de plage (football ou volley-ball) parce que nos enfants étaient plus grands et ne joueraient pas avec des jouets de sable. Nous avons acheté et laissé des planches flottantes, ça aurait été aussi un gros plus ! Les enfants en ont beaucoup plus profité que celles de bois qui sont difficiles pour les débutants. Si nous revenons à Cape Canaveral, nous allons fortement considérer revenir à cette maison ! Merci à Jennifer et Shane !

Cocoa Beach Port Canaveral Getway

The property has plenty of space and the beach is literally 50 yards away. You can see the beach from both decks, and the area is family friendly. We would stay here again.
