Want to relax in sunny Florida? This condo is steps to a beautiful quiet beach with plenty of space to spread out inside and enough beach gear to have fun in the sand. The condo is upscale and professionally decorated with beautiful relaxing bedrooms and comfortable beds. There is a lovely bathroom (one has a jetted tub, the other has a massive shower) on each floor. You will have plenty of space to unpack your clothes and make yourself at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you would need to make any meal.

Great restaurants on the water at Port Canaveral are just 2 miles away. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is 3 miles away for great surf lessons. Or if you are coming in to see a rocket launch you need only take a few steps out to the beach for the perfect view. Bike rentals are available in the city for enjoying the bike paths and is an easy way to get around. You are just a short bike ride or drive from Cocoa Beach for all the amenities, but still have the quiet of an upscale apartment. Grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops not far. Right at the edge of Cocoa Beach for all of the souvenir and entertainment there.

Free laundry facilities are in the unit. Large screen TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Extra large balcony to enjoy the beach and the sun. What more could you want? Come enjoy the beach.

Steps are required: There are about 8 steps from the parking lot to the front door, as well as another 10 steps to the first floor which has the kitchen, balcony, and first bedroom. There is another bedroom upstairs.

Great location and great unit.

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Mansions. Great location. The beach was nice and uncrowded. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely go back!

Awesome stay!

Weekend get away

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Exquisite Penthouse. The accommodations were spot on, the unit is well appointed with towels, beach items, lines, and kitchen items. The beach is right there with easy access and we had a great view of a SpaceX launch from the Cape!

It was extremely easy to communicate with the owners. Check in and check out was simple. The unit had EVERYTHING you needed. The master bath, with its 5-head shower, was amazing. Great owners, great property!

Fun & relaxing

Property is superb! The host is great and answers any question promptly. There is nothing missing from kitchen to linen to beach gear. Beach is beautiful and private. Close to NASA space museum and we even got to see a satelite launch. Would recommend and definitely return to this condo. Thankyou !

Convenient, clean and calming

After three days scurrying around theme parks in Orlando, our time at the beach was needed. This property fit our needs as it was conveniently located to Cocoa Beach, yet not in the midst of the hustle and bustle. We arrived to a clean and well maintained property that gave us the comfort of home yet it was at the beach. We enjoyed a short walk to be able to set up our “camp” at the ocean to relax and rejuvenate. We would choose to stay here again when visiting the area.

At Home at the Beach

Nicely decorated and furnished. Owner spent extra to make this feel more like home. The best mattress in a rental we have ever had. Owner was available by text and responsive to questions and minor repairs needs. The building and property were clean, and the location north of cocoa beach was quiet and safe and less crowded.

Beautiful condo!

We had a great time in Cape Canaveral! The condo was superb and had upgraded amenities. We planned our visit around a rocket launch and were tickled to see some binoculars at the condo, which made beach viewing fantastic! My husband spent most of his time watching the ocean from the deck. The layout was more open and spacious than expected. We look forward to visiting again!

Perfect getaway ☺️

From the start Debora made the reservation process a breeze. She was extremely prompt and detailed in answering any questions I had. The location of the property was in close proximity to so many wonderful restaurants and activities. The condo truly felt like a home away from home including a few “extra touches” such as a snack basket, full size body washes and shampoos, and a k cup selection. I can’t sing enough praises for the property and it’s owner. Wonderful, wonderful trip. I will definitely be returning!

relaxing beach condo

It was a relaxing week at the beach. Despite the fact it was spring break time, the beach had lots of space to play and rest. The home was clean and well stocked with beach toys, towels, games, and home necessities. Joyce was very flexible with dates and available for anything that might come up. My kids had a great time in the ocean, and did not even remember there was a pool to use. The condo is VERY easy to get to-head east from Orlando and keep going until you hit water! Thank you for a great week Joyce!

5 Star Rental

This beautiful rental is in a great location with direct beach access and a quiet/ calm neighborhood. The condo has a lot of great artwork and decorations. The leather sofa has awesome built in electric recliners. I was able to enjoy beautiful sunrises and ocean views on the deck. This property is stocked with everything you need: plenty of clean linens, beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. I didn’t have to bring anything~ The multiple jetted shower is so relaxing as well as the jacuzzi tub down stairs. It was great having a washer/dryer too! This is a safe gated beach condo that I really hated leaving! Deb was a great host who went above and beyond and we will definitely return. By far the BEST VRBO rental that I have ever stayed in!!!
