- This beautiful vacation beach home is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac neighborhood just 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. You will appreciate the luxury vinyl plank floors, kitchen, and bathrooms in this recently renovated home. With over 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a private screen enclosed heated swimming pool, this property is ideal for families. Located in Cape Canaveral, it's close to the Port, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and all the area has to offer.
Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.
