This is an exquisite 5 star premier property featuring a climate controlled game room and high quality furnishings and a heated pool. It offers everything needed for a perfect getaway, combining comfort, style, and thoughtful amenities to create an exceptional Cape Coral retreat.

The home is ideally located just minutes from beaches, a water-park, amusement parks, restaurants, bars, live entertainment, grocery stores, bowling, movie theaters, fitness centers, and Four Mile Cove Preserve, offering something for everyone.

Boat rentals and personal watercraft are available through trusted third party providers. Select companies can deliver a boat directly to the home for added convenience, restrictions apply.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 14 guests. Guests 13 and 14 will sleep comfortably on a queen air mattress.

Due to severe allergy considerations, pets and animals are not permitted at this property.

Best VRBO house!

We came with our family ages 14-89 and everyone loved the house! Lots of games, kayaks, and fun for everyone! We loved sitting outside around the pool. The house had everything we could possibly want and more! Beds were comfy, loved eating outside and enjoying the canal. If I could leave 10 stars I would! We will definitely be back!

The house was great, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, games and bikes. The house accomodates a larger group very well with large seating areas and common areas. The house is also well located in a central area not far from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Extremely Impressed with the house

This house was very nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The house has a ton of supplies for the beach, pool and games for all. There are bikes you can ride, kayaks and more. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Cape Coral.

Elite VRBO experience

In town for a travel baseball tournament, shared house with another family for week. This was the most well appointed rental house we have ever stayed in. Kitchen has more than enough dishes, cookware, glassware. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Game room had plenty to keep teenagers happy. All furnishings were updated and comfortable. If you need it, this house has it! Spacious rooms and outdoor/pool area. Owner was responsive and worked with us to meet our check in/check out needs. We would book this house again in a heartbeat if we need accommodations in the area. Worth every penny.

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean and very spacious. The house was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cook ware, utensils, and towels. They games and toys for our kids as well. The outside area was gorgeous. We loved the kayaks and outside area so much that my significant other decided to propose while on them! Definitely a wonderful vacation we will never forget.
