Completely remodelled 3/2 with covered lanai. Welcoming residential neighbourhood in the heart of Cape Coral, with Pine Island, Sanibel Island & downtown Ft. Myers a short drive either direction. Quick access to shopping at Publix, Target, Starbucks etc. and walking distance to the neighbourhood plaza with Walmart, Kohl’s, Marco’s Pizza & Gazoop’s ice cream.
The home features a flatscreen Smart TV and unlimited wifi 1200Mbps (desk in bedroom + another Smart TV in Master).
King in Master with ensuite shower, Queen beds in other 2 bedrooms.
Parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. The house has a large fenced in, grass yard.

The lanai features a dining table, 2 zero gravity chairs for sun lounging & BBQ is available to be wheeled outdoors for use. This home has a gorgeous large kitchen with all the amenities for meals at home but you’re also a stone-throw away from some of Cape Coral’s finest restaurants.

Furniture was flimsy, washing machine turned our clothes gray. Fence gate was broken, so yard was not secured as as a Oned iut ti iwner, was indifferent.
