  • Welcome to Casa Clara, classic Florida home situated in Southeast Cape Coral, just a short bike ride from the Yacht Club Beach area. The property features serene Gulf access canal views and a private electric heated pool with eastern exposure for sunny mornings. Casa Clara is a great fit for couples and small families looking for a cozy retreat near the beach in Cape Coral.

    Casa Clara is just a 10-minute bike ride away from the Yacht Club Beach area. Also within biking or walking distance is the city's downtown with popular restaurants, nightlife, and a weekly farmers market every Saturday morning. Many other area beaches including Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are just a short drive away by car.

    Sleeping Arrangements
    - Master Bedroom: King bed, TV. En-suite bath with walk-in shower.
    - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.
    - Guest bathroom: Shower/tub combo.

    When guests step through the entrance, they are greeted by a modern space centered by cozy seating and Smart TV. The kitchen was recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for homemade meals. A dining space seats four at the table with extra counter seating nearby. The bright sunroom is the highlight of your living space, with large sliders that open right into the pool deck. In the garage, find a convenient washer and dryer plus a Pack N Play for little ones. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

    Start your day with a swim in the electric heated pool or relax on the lounges while enjoying the eastern exposure and waterfront views of the Gulf-access canal. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for use at nearby Yacht Club Beach. Two bicycles are stored in the garage that guests may use (not part of the rental agreement).

Clean, quiet, relaxing

The house was perfect for a mother/daughter get away - clean, cozy, quiet and a pool! We loved the easy morning drive to beaches and late afternoon Casa Clara pool-time & Cape Coral sunsets.

A Comfortable Little House

Casa Clara is a small very nice house. Everything is newly re-done post Hurricane Ian in shades of gray and white. New bathrooms, kitchen, tile floors, paint, and furniture. Mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cookware, plates, etc. There are two bicycles in the garage if you like to ride. The swimming pool was always around 84 degrees and very comfortable. The house has basic cable with some live TV. We stayed for six weeks. It would have been helpful if a vacuum had been available. I would suggest adding another comfortable chair in the living area. There is one couch facing the TV and some not very comfortable wicker furniture. If you have more than two people watching TV it would help to have a recliner or other soft chair. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to all the stores and restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a very nice vacation and a good experience with SeaStar. The booking through the website was easy and everything work out great. We would have wanted more information about check out - we did not know, if somebody from SeaStar will show up or not and so we waited quite a while befor we finally had to leave for the airport... We thought it a bit strange, when we receveid an email to make arrangement for check-out, we answered with a suggestion with a date and time and never reveceid an answer or confirmation. And on the day of our check-out nobody showed up at the the time suggested....

Pleasant as expected

The property was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped. However for the cost I expected a bit better : The grill needs to be upgraded to propane. Some items need fixing like a back window, the lanai screens and patio chairs need replacing.

Won’t go there again.

Entry way dirty, pool patio so bad we could not use until I cleaned it then manager power washed it but still dirty, screen in lanai torn so it was full of bugs, faucets needed repair very hard to use, master shower dirty. If we had somewhere else to go to we would have.
