    Juanita Place is a quiet residential street in northwest Cape Coral, an area of newer homes, generous lots and very little through traffic. This is the calm side of the city, best suited to guests who want to relax by the pool rather than have a lively strip on the doorstep.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed outlets stay at this house. it was in a quiet neighborhood and a bit further from downtown Cape Coral, but everything was just a short drive. The inside of the house appeared to be recently renovated and beautifully done. It had everything that we needed and more. The only disappointment was that we were told the pool was heated and it wasn’t. It just took a bit of time to get used to the temperature of the water, but once we did we definitely enjoyed it. I would rent this property again in the future!

Ripped off stay.

Horrible. VRBO falsely advertised the property. No heated pool, and no cable TV. Property management company doesn't answer phone or e mails we sent. Promised monetary compensation but we never got it. I was stressed out and ended up in ER. Had to leave early and fly home for $410. Husband drove home . Wouldn't give us any $ for unused days. Horrible experience.
