Family-friendly Villa Great Escape in beautiful Cape Coral

Welcome to our new villa in beautiful South West Cape Coral. Our home is waiting for you.
Villa is surrounded by million-dollar homes on a quiet street with a palm trees.
Three separate bedroom and 2 full bathroom will ensure everyone is comfortable.
Our stunning villa is located in one of SW Cape Coral's best neighborhoods and surrounded by high end gulf access homes. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a new stainless dishwasher, range, & microwave. The master suite offers a huge walk-in closet and ensuite bath. Additional bedrooms are spacious with closet space. Two sets of pocket sliders lead to the large under truss lanai. Our lanai has a brand new heated pool, comfortable seating with a gas grill. You'll love relaxing in the new sparkling pool with southern exposure.
Our villa is within walking or biking distance of Camelot Park, the famous Rum Runners bar/restaurant with live music and one of the best sea food restaurant Lobster Lady . You can take a short car drive to beutiful Fort Myers beach ,Sanibel or Captiva and also bike ride to Cape Harbour. It is also in close proximity to the Westin, Publix and many other fantastic restaurants and ice cream shops. Downtown Cape Coral is just minutes away.

Great price, lots of room!

We stayed here for three nights, visiting family and friends. There was plenty of room for me and my two children. The pool was nice. The house was stocked with amenities. The manager/owner was quick to resolve any issues we had.
