Heated Pool and Spa Home, with Screened in Lanai
- This adorable house welcomes guests with three cozy bedrooms, including a King bed and two queen beds. The enclosed lanai is perfect for lounging by the large pool with connected spa/soaking tub without being bothered by bugs. Lanai also includes outside eating area and grill.
Pool is equipped with a safety barrier for the young kids, pool towels provided. Safety barrier is easy to remove for those adults who would prefer an open view (and easy to replace. Home is equipped with WiFi, smart tv, and a desk in the guest bedroom. Kitchen is supplied with tools you need to prepare meals (minimal spices provided). As well as a Ninja coffee maker for your morning brew. Refrigerator provides ice and filtered water. The bedroom curtains keep the light out for sleeping in. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.
You don’t need to go anywhere but enjoy the warm weather and pool from the backyard in this quiet neighborhood. Publix grocery store is only a short walk away. Looking for other activities? The home is located only 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and 30 minutes to Sanibel Island. Only a 15 min drive to the Ecological Preserve for shaded hiking. A short drive to many great restaurants, home made ice cream shops, a water park, mini golf, shopping, and located a short drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If pool fence was removed, replace and secure properly prior to leaving. And be sure hot tub heat is turned OFF.
Remove all garbage and empty trash cans. Bring garbage bin to road for pick up Sunday evening, and bring it back to the house after pickup on Monday.
Gather all used pool towels and start load in washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool safety is your responsibility, children must be supervised. Pool access door alarms can be turned on for your use at your discretion.
We love keeping our floors cozy and clean, so we kindly ask that everyone remove shoes upon entering the home.
