Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Enjoy the open, Southern-exposure views on the extra wide Gulf access canal. The pool is heated, as well as having a nice covered area by the pool to get some shade or retreat during a rainstorm. The home is centrally located so you're 30 minutes or less by car from many popular destinations as well as walking distance to a Hooters restaurant!

The neighborhood is a safe residential side street.

The the dock can be used, however the boat lift is not available for use.
