Wonderful Getaway!

My husband, 2 dogs and myself had a fabulous 2 week stay! The house was perfect! We spent mornings watching the wildlife on the lake and afternoons in the beautiful pool! We definitely plan of visiting again!

Great spring break stay

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and we all really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was so nice and warm and the boys loved fishing right off the dock and using the kayaks. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Cape Coral home

Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. The beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve slept in for all the times we’ve rented a house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall a good stay.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The home was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. The home is located on a peaceful street and being on the “lake” helped make the space even more relaxing. Only downfall was lack of kitchen and bathroom linens but we did make do with what we had. Thank you for extending your home to us for our vacation!

Great location!

We were house shopping in the area and needed a place between Punta Gorda and Fort Myers. This house location was perfect. The house is decorated well and is very comfortable. The pool is heated and very nice. The drive out to Ft. Myers Beach or even Sanibel is not bad at all.

Wonderful!!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The beautiful pool, fishing, the vintage arcade game! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet. If you have a chance, don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s beautiful!!

This is one of the best VRBO stays that I had. Everything that was promised was delivered. Beautiful heated pool with colorful and changing lights. The lake is nice and kayaks are available. The contemporary decorating was a bonus.

Amazing senior trip and family vacation!

We has so much fun in Fort Myers. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The boys had fun in the pool, fishing from the dock, and kayaking right in the back yard! Will definitely return. Thank you

Short Stay

Our family would rent this house again! The view out back is worth every penny! The house was clean and the host provided so many extras, which is nice when you are traveling from far. There was dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and shampoo/ conditioner. I would highly recommend bringing extra towels.

A great escape

My family and I just returned from 8 days in Cape Coral and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Booking was easy, access was easy, the house had everything we needed. The pool area was super relaxing. The view was terrific. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood good for morning / evening walks. Restaurants, Brewery, Grocery store were quick drives. It was easy to get to Ft Myers, Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, Jetblue Park, Naples Zoo, and RSW airport. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect getaway highly recommended

Vanessa was a great host, she was communicative and very understanding. She was even kind enough to send her team out when we needed extra towels! The house was SUPER clean. My family and friends enjoyed our cook out by the lake in the backyard, the views were extraordinary! We will definitely come visit again when we are in Cape Coral. Thank you for having us!

Was ok. Location was nice. Hows was pretty clean. Comforter had blood on it so we slept in other rooms. Tv cut in and out all the time. Wasnt enough towels or wash clothes. Beds were comfy though.

Perfect for families

This was perfect for our family. We loved having the kayaks to take out on the water. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy. The arcade was a nice bonus as well. Great location close to beaches and town, without being right in town. Nice home.to enjoy a family vacation close to the beach. I would note having the pool heated even in summer is worth it. We were able to kayak and swim. Have a place to cook and do laundry. While also being able to drive a short distance to the beach. We will be most likely stay at this property or another one from this host again.

Great spot!

We were so thrilled to find this space for our family. We were going to Marco island and first wanted to spend some time exploring Fort Myers and wanted to extend our stay! Coming from Toronto this allowed for a direct flight vs many layovers. A quick drive from the airport with nothing you could need in between. The property was as expected. My son loved the pool and the video games :) The property was spacious and had more than we needed for our short stay. Communication was great and we were very happy over all.

Guys golf trip

Stayed with a group of 6 for a guys golf trip. Property was clean and comfortable. The location was fine with stores and restaurants nearby. Pool was very nice. We had some minor issues with the security code for the front door but communication was easy to fix them and it didn't impact our stay. I would say that perhaps a few more towels could be available and perhaps a few household items (e.g. we could not find a scissors) but those things were minor. All and all, we would definitely consider this property for another stay should we be in the area.

Clean/Updated House/Great location

The house was clean and was extremely equipped with more than enough toiletries, towels, blankets etc. The towels smelled so good! The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool area was amazing and it was conveniently enclosed. They have kayaks to go kayaking in the lake. I rented it specifically because use of the Harley Davidson decor in the back since my dad is a fan. That was a nice touch he enjoyed. The house felt welcoming and pleasant to be in. It is also located in a convenient area with restaurants and marines nearby. My family had a extremely pleasant stay. Thank you!
