This house was a perfect find. Amazing and gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was a dream , especially the shower. Ample hot water supplies and the starter packs of soaps towels ect was very helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor space. Coffee in the morning by the pool and late evening swims It was close to many great dining choices. Grocery delivery made later night arrival flow easily. The rental company was very available and communicated everything in timely and friendly manner. We all enjoyed our stay very much and we were sad to have to leave. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Wonderful Property

Our family absolutely loved this property - proximity to the beach, the beautiful pool/lanai, the open nature of the property and the large, spacious rooms. We loved kayaking as well. Will absolutely book this property again!

Great Location!

A Wonderful property in a great location. It's walking distance to a nice public beach (less than half a mile) and is in a quiet neighborhood away from the main throughfares but still convenient to a Publix supermarket and several good restaurants. The property manager, Isabel, was very communicative the helpful.

Great vacation

Family Vacay - Lincoln Ct - Cape Coral

The property was clean, roomy, convenient location both by land and by water. We had a wonderful time. Great space for families including parents, kids, and grandkids. Highly recommend. Very nice management company.

The amenities were as promised. The towels did not smell good, so I had to buy detergent and rewash them. They had just a few k-cups, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. I really don't understand the reason for leaving so little of those things because they would never last a week for 5 people. So, consequently, we had to buy all those things anyway to last all week. But, I don't know if those things are listed in the amenities.The house is nice and spacious....plenty of room for 5 people. It is great that each bedroom has its own ensuite. The master ensuite is very impressive with a large tub and extra large shower. The pool is lovely. The grill didn't work properly, so we had to cook everything inside. The outdoor seating is very comfortable. The blinds in the smaller lanai bedroom slider is missing slats, so having privacy is difficult. The people staying in the master bedroom think the bed is miserably uncomfortable; however, my bed is fine and I slept well. Nobody else complained about their bed. It is also nice that they provide a blow dryer. The laundry facilities are great.I think overall that this house is nice and the four ensuites are hard to beat. I would stay again simply for the privacy with the ensuites. We had a wonderful time with family and were overall pretty pleased with our stay.

The property is fantastic. The beach is the River so keep in mind you have to drive to the ocean and there are a lot of tolls.

This was the perfect house for us for spring break. We vacationed with another family and found it had ample room and space for all. The location could not have been better - quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the nearby beach area. Kayaks were awesome and we even did a little bit of fishing. Would definitely go back.

Family getaway

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities as it was listed. The pool and hot tub was clean and we enjoyed spending time there. There are bikes and couple of kayaks as well. The house is walking distance to a small beach and a tiki bar/restaurant. We would highly recommend it!

One of the nicest places we have rented. Kitchen was very equipped with all items needed for a stay. It was nice to see people who left a few things behind that could be used by the next renter. Pool and hot tub were great!. Bikes in the garage. Walking distance to the Cape Coral Yacht Club with a great restaurant. Nice neighbors. Loved it. Thanks Rick and Debbie!

Beautiful home on the water!

This house was perfect for our family of 8! The house was super clean, had everything we needed, and an awesome location on the water. The kayaks were so fun to have to go out on the canal! Only thing I can say is to change the pillows in the bedrooms, as they are super uncomfortable! But that is a minor detail compared to all the beauty of the home!

Perfect house for 2 families

Just as described. Towels and sheets could be cleaned better or replaced. Seemed worn and not very clean. Due to bad weather the event we were in Florida for was canceled after being delayed. No of our plans worked out and I appreciated the management company giving us a late check out with no extra cost.

Nice house, location different than expected

This was a very nice house. Spacious and clean and the property management was very responsive when we needed anything or had any questions. The fees were very high and not sure how warranted they were. The only complaint I have is that the location was not quite as I imagined it would be it was more in a neighborhood rather than close to the actual beach. That is my fault for not properly checking out the listing. Overall I give it a four star rating because of over $1000 in fees and location.

Beautiful, well located, Cape Coral property

Seven adults recently shared this awesome home for two weeks in February 2016 for our annual vacation together. Our group consisted of three couples and a widow, all 70+. This home was just perfect for our needs – 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and no steps! It is top quality with top end finishes and furnishings. We spent a lot of time on the pool area lanai for sunning and relaxing and there were plenty of lounge chairs for us all. Not only were we very pleased with the accommodations but were pleasantly surprised to find out that it is also is well located being just a couple of blocks from the yacht club and a great restaurant, the Boat House – we walked there several times. It is also well located from a number of other local restaurants. Near the end of our stay we had the privilege of meeting the owner who was very gracious. We highly recommend this home for your vacation property rental in the Cape Coral area.

Family vacation.

The house was nice and clean but when we tried to reach out to the property manager about a pool net because we couldn’t find one anywhere and the pool was pretty dirty NO ONE reached back out to us. If you have a pool it’s not rocket science to have a pool net even if you have a pool cleaner person that comes every Friday like a pool needs cleaned more than once a week! There was only TWO bikes not as many that is shown in pictures. Last but not least they or someone took the seats out of the kayaks and they were nowhere to be found so that was very annoying since that was something we all were looking forward to doing while our stay that we didn’t get to do.

Good, should be better

I’ll start with the good: super clean and wonderful that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Now here is what needs to happen to make it great: The kitchen is woefully under equipped -no saucepans at all. I purchased and left 2 saucepans/round cake pan/square pan and rolling pin-you’re welcome. Bedding-please get some pillows thicker than a triscuit and not yellow from age/use and if you’re going to use king size pillowcases, use the right size pillow. Towels: might want to replace with towels that are less like sandpaper. Other: where were the dock chairs? Kind of hard to relax and fish off the dock when standing. Of the two “beach chairs” we found, one was rusted so bad, it came apart at the bolts ( I have a photo if needed). TVs in ALL bedrooms. One tv in the living room and one in a guest bedroom does NOT make the cut. Again, these are petty things and somewhat subjective to a degree, but if you’re looking for a good house, this is fine. Looking for great? Keep looking.
