Welcome to McShandy's newly renovated modern 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Inside you will find an open concept spacious living room (tv) with fully equipped kitchen, 4 seat breakfast nook and 6 seat dining table with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The laundry room has new stackable washer and dryer with a small coffee bar for your morning brew. The large master bedroom has a king bed, tv and a spa like bathroom. The other bedrooms offer a king bed (w/tv) and a queen in each of the other two bedrooms. Outside you will find a heated pool, lanai with seating, gas grill, 4 top table and a large sea wall with dock for fishing. Want to head to the beach, no problem, there are 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Other amenities include board games, corn hole, tennis rackets, coolers, and extra fridge/freezor in the garage. Location, location, location - home is in the Pelican area near grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts. Multiple month discount available.

Great property in a nice neighborhood. House was very clean and the lawn immaculate. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.
