Villa 6 Great for sunbathing and sunsets!

This tastefully decorated home is located on a Gulf access canal in the quiet south east of Cape Coral and offers a relaxed and cozy atmosphere for your vacation. The pool/lanai faces south and offers sunbathers ideal conditions to work on their desired tropical tan as well as admire the colorful Florida sunsets.

The electric-heated, SALTWATER pool ensures that you can enjoy your time in the sun, no matter the temperature. Enjoy your meals outside at the dining area with room for eight while cooking on the grill . You can always head down to the dock to try your hand at fishing or just enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunsets. This Villa is conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants, some even within walking distance.

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Cape vacay

It was so relaxing and the house was perfect! It rained for the first 3 days but even with staying in, we had so much fun. From the games to the shopping, everything was near by. We even went to the beach and that to was very nice. Not a lot of people were around which made it even nicer.

Beautiful canal front home!

This property was outstanding. We were immediately impressed at how clean the house was upon entry. All of the amenities are top notch. We made use of the complimentary bikes and kayaks. The neighborhood is quiet from traffic and has a bike lane on the street that leads down to a town park and boat launch directly to the river. The pool was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. This would be a great house for a few couples or a family with kids. We really appreciated all the included soaps, detergents and necessary supplies.

The home is beautiful. We had a couple of small issues at arrival. Property manager immediately resolved them. Beautiful view of the canal and home has all the amenities you need.

we had such a great time at our stay! we enjoyed a week of the pool and beaches! the weather was beautiful and the pool was so nice. the house was very spacious and well stocked for our family of 4. we absolutely loved being able to sit outside in the evenings and watch the bruins playoffs!! i highly recommend this property! i am confident we will be back!! 😍

Wonderful Stay

The whole process with this rental was flawless. It was just what our family needed. The house had everything we needed, from additional fans to standard kitchen items. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future stays. There are landscapers and pool maintenance that come for routine maintenance during the week however, they do not disturb you and are there and gone quickly without interrupting your stay.

Amazing property

We stayed for 6 days at this beautiful home and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The house was meticulous and the pool was beautiful. You get to see the sunrise and sunset from the backyard. Everything you need is in this spacious home. Especially loved swimming in the pool at night watching TV. So thrilled we picked a winner!

Beautiful, beautiful rental

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was super clean, with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of room to relax and just enjoy the house. There were big TV’s in almost every room, and even out in the patio area, which made it nice for watching movies at night. The outdoor patio was our favorite, with a view of the channel, a wonderful pool, and all screened in. We spent a good portion of our time just relaxing by the pool. There were also bikes and kayaks. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful home

We loved this home. It was extremely clean and the owner thought of every detail. You can actually come with a suitcase and have all the comforts of home. Plenty of nice towels, including beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, although we didn't cook much. The only thing i would recommend is to adjust the pocket doors to the bathrooms. They were very hard to open and close. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We really enjoyed the heated, saltwater pool.

Spectacular touches

from a bottle of wine to a nice little note from the cleaning crew, this property was spot on. we've stayed at many places in south Florida in the winter and this one is at the top of our list. LOVED the fact i didn't have to tell my wife, we can't turn the pool heat up above 80... the house manual actually says "please be consciences but turn it up if you wish" ... happy wife, happy life. ;) great access to the Midpoint bridge to run to the beaches etc. close enough to the night life but far enough away for it to be quite. just down the road to one of the parks and a boat launch.

Very nice house.

I’m town for adult recreation baseball tournaments while working online. Good cell reception. Type-O with the Wi-Fi password but we got it figured out. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is great. Pool was fantastic. Decent neighborhood. Some industry nearby. There is a small park on the water at the end of the street. The toll bridges in the area are a PITA as is the traffic. Definitely will book again. I had great weather for my two weeks.
