Set in the far northwest of Cape Coral, this is one of the calmest residential corners of the city, with newer homes, wide lots and very little passing traffic. Guests here are usually after a private pool, space and quiet rather than a lively strip nearby.

🔹 Burnt Store Road: north toward Punta Gorda and Charlotte Harbor

🔹 Matlacha & Pine Island: seafood, galleries and superb fishing to the west

Getting Around:

Driving is essential in this part of Cape Coral, where public transport is effectively absent and rideshare waits can be long. A private garage and driveway are included.

🔹 Punta Gorda Airport (PGD): a smaller, quieter option about 35 minutes north

🔹 Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel: allow around 1 hour in season

🔹 Fort Myers: reached by toll bridge over the Caloosahatchee River, so keep a SunPass or payment method handy

🔹 Cycling: the flat, quiet streets nearby are great for a ride
