Welcome to your private King master suite in a peaceful, shared 3-bedroom home designed exclusively for guests aged 50 and over. You'll enjoy a spacious bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the screened lanai and heated pool—perfect for added comfort and convenience.

This adult-only home offers a relaxing atmosphere with full access to shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a den with a workspace. Outside, unwind by the pool, fire table, or grill, or enjoy kayaking and fishing from the freshwater canal in the backyard. There’s also an outdoor shower, half bath, and yard games for added fun.

Each guest has one assigned parking space, and while the host is not on-site, we are always available by message, phone, or text.

Please note: This is a room rental in a shared home with other respectful 50+ adult guests. We ask everyone to keep common areas clean, respect quiet hours after 10 PM, and enjoy the serene Florida setting together.
