Perfect piece of paradise

House is beautiful. Very clean, well maintained and well stocked. Although our week was too cool to enjoy the pool we enjoyed lounging beside it. The location is accessible to many restaurants and shopping. Certainly is a little piece of paradise,

Great stay at Paradise Landing!

Our family of five spent the last two weeks of December 2022 at Paradise Landing and we loved our stay. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the private pool was used daily (except for a few chilly days around Christmas)! I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back the next time we decide to visit the Cape Coral area!

Lovely, clean house in a safe neighborhood

Our family of 5 (ages 15-72) stayed here for a week and found it to be a great place to spend the night between adventures throughout southwest Florida. Clean and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and large lenai and pool area. We would recommend it to anyone.

Last minute vacation...

We scheduled a last minute vacation through VRBO and we were fortunate to find this home available. Everything was fantastic about the property management group, including their personal contact. The home was very nice and close to everything we wanted to do. We were in close proximity to several beaches and great restaurants as well.

A gem in Cape Coral

This property was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay, and made maximum use of the pool. The house has everything you could want, kitchen tools, plenty of towels, pool floats for the kids. And the location is perfect for day trips to Sanibel, Pine Island, Manasota Key, Cayo Costa, etc. We'll be back.

Great Vacation Home and Location

The house was perfect and just as described in the listing. The check in process was quick and easy and the house was very clean. The pool was absolutely great and there were plenty of towels to go around. The location couldn’t have been any better and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful house!

The house was beautiful! The kids really enjoyed the pool. They have fans, beach towels, kids sand toys, beach wagon and chairs, coolers and more. You can also find games and cards. We enjoyed playing Yahtzee and cards every night! The canal has tons of turtles who swim right up when you walk out to the pier. The first night we were there we also saw manatees in the canal. We visited quite a few beaches. Ft. Myers beach is okay but, 1 hr N is Siesta beach (clear water and beautiful white Sandy beaches). 1 hr S is Naples beach (narrow beach, hard to find parking but beautiful clear water and a really long pier). 30 mins S of Naples is Marco Island which is beautiful and great for shelling (Tigertail beach is wonderful for finding Sand dollars in low tide). Bennett’s fresh roast has some pretty unique donuts. Twisted Lobster has the best Clam chowder! If you are up for fishing I highly recommend Changes in Latitude fishing charter. It was reasonably priced and he was great with the kids. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was such a relaxing time.

I hesitate to write this review and I will explain why..........

First of all I would be remiss if I did not thank Anette and Ralf for sharing their beautiful home with our family. Next we would like to thank Cassandra from the rental property agency for her hospitality and effort to make our stay perfect. This home is beautiful and welcoming from the moment you pull up in the driveway. You walk in the front door and the calm and charming décor continues, the color scheme is awesome and you immediately know you and your family will enjoy your vacation! This home is SO well equipped, every room has everything you will need, the appliances, dishware coolers, linens, towels, it is ALL there! We spent at least half our vacation at the property hanging out in the lanai, enjoying the pool, we played cards until midnight enjoying the home and each others company, calm and serene was the vibe. Now you know why I hesitated to write this review, I don't want share this place and have to compete with a lot of people when we book again! This is a true gem and we have rented quite a few properties. I must once again thank Anette, Ralf and Cassandra, their communication with us was outstanding, I was amazed at how quickly they responded to email, texts and voice mails.

Dream Holidays

We had a wonderful stay at "Paradise Landing". Even though we have seen the pictures on the net, It was a good surprise to see exactly the same thing even better than what we thought… I needed to have some more details about the house so I decide to call the owners and they both were very nice. Every time I wrote a mail they have always answered in less than 12 Hours. About the house, all I have to say is that : every little things are there to make you feel comfortable ( like Home) they thought about everything ! It might sound stupid but we were surprised to find 2 pair of scissors, 3 flash light, adapters… As well as all the kitchenware, nothing is missing ! You just have to come with your luggages and make yourself home; That's exactly what we did, that is also the reason why we did our best to keep the house clean because we were so happy to stay there. I promised myself to write all this things because It's so hard to find a house as good as that one. It was our best house rental vacation. Thanks again for everything. We will come back ! Super clean and comfy

Prior to our arrival, Annette had let us know the status of the property following Hurricane Ian and even sent pictures. Upon our arrival, it was apparent that Paradise Landing was in significantly better condition than many in Cape Coral. The owners had screened in the lanai, had the pool fenced and operational, and there was no debris in the yard. The property was totally ready for our arrival. As we walked in, we were struck with the sparkly cleanliness and quality of maintenance of the home. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the living room tv was large and had a very clear picture, streaming service served our needs, etc. We spent hours on the lanai and ate all our meals there. The laundry facilities were excellent. The pool was clean and the pool service was regular. Light switches were clearly labeled. We received an orientation from the property management co. (Angie) who was available anytime we had a question or maintenance need. There was plenty of room in the garage for our SUV. Towels and linens were plentiful. In short, this property offers everything that is needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is located close to many restaurants and grocery stores with easy access. In a neighboring area, we even were able to observe burrowing owls as we walked by. There is a stop light a couple of blocks away and during heavy traffic times, we could hear noisy vehicles while we were on the lanai or sitting around the pool. However, inside the closed house, it was comfortably quiet. This property is wonderfully cared for and well equipped for visitors. A bonus was the beautiful sunrises appearing over the canal's end. Of course, one would have to leave a very comfortable bed in order to see them! Thank you for making our stay in Cape Coral so relaxing. We loved it.

Der Urlaub war aufgrund des Hurricane Ian leider nicht so angenehm

Das Objekt und die Vermieter waren super, hier stimmte alles. Leider mussten wir nach 4 Tagen, statt der gemieteten 13 Tagen wegen des Hurricane und dessen Folgen vorzeitig die Wohnung verlassen, da es in der ganzen Umgebung kein Strom mehr gab. Die Kommunikation mit fewo war nicht zufriedenstellend, da eine Anfrage wegen vorzeitigem Abbruch und eventl. Gebührenrückerstattung einfach ignoriert und bis heute nicht beantwortet wurde. Der Vermieter hingegen zeigte sich überwiegend großzügig und die Rückerstattung der Miete lief sehr zügig und absolut problemlos.

I really love this house ❤️

We really enjoy it!! The house is really pretty and big , the pool was the best for my kids , the property was clean . They have everything to cook , enough towels . I would come back here next year . Sanibel island it’s a beautiful beach it’s only 40 mins from this location.

Perfect for families

We used this house as home base for our vacation. We have three kids between 6-11. We visited 9 beaches around the area. The house is clean and trendy, the pool is a great addition. There are many stores and restaurants close by. Construction is ongoing across the street but it didn’t really bother us. Plenty of staples available including laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, pantry staples, toilet paper, etc. The garage had lots of beach supplies as well. Would recommend!

The house was perfect ! Everything it says it is. We were able to visit all the beaches in the area and we were never bored ! The home has everything you want ! It was so comfortable. We will definitely be back and were so sad to leave !
