Thanks to its very central location, you can reach your destinations quickly. Pine Island Road, home to many well-known restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, is also just a few minutes’ drive away. (FW)<br><br>The house features 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (approx. 2 m wide). The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (approx. 1.70 m wide). The house also has 2 bathrooms with showers. One bathroom also features a bathtub.<br><br>In the spacious living/dining room, you’ll find an LCD TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player, as well as TV and Chromecast connections. All three bedrooms also have TVs with Chromecast connections. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Villa Mark also has a telephone line, which allows for free calls within the US and Canada.<br><br>The open-concept kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo with ice maker, electric kettle, hob, oven, and microwave. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use. <br><br>Attached to the house is a garage for your hire car, which is accessible directly from the house. The pool deck faces west and also features a south-facing sunbathing area with 3 sun loungers. The seating area on the terrace, which seats 6 people, is tucked away in a sheltered niche, protected from the wind and sun. A gas grill is available for your use. The spacious terrace and pool area is covered by a fly-screen enclosure to protect against mosquitoes. This allows you to enjoy the area well into the night after sunset, when the temperatures are pleasantly mild. The property, spanning over 930 square metres, is fenced off in the garden area, providing privacy from prying eyes. <br><br>Note for families with children: The pool can be quickly secured for children with a small safety fence. (If travelling with children under 12, this fence must be installed for a fee of 25$ —as required by law). A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge. This makes the property particularly appealing for families. <br><br>Pets are not allowed. <br>Additionally, this is a non-smoking home.<br>The house is suitable for families. We maintain good relations with our neighbors and therefore do not allow parties for groups such as stag nights, spring break events, or sports teams.
