Villa Samuel is a gorgeous four bedroom, two full bathroom vacation villa with amazing amenities.
Villa Samuel is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located to the Pelican Soccer Complex, park and playground, close to restaurants and shopping, off of Pelican and Cape Coral Pkwy. The area is a favorite for walking, biking with the property provided bikes (use at your own risk)
As soon as you open the front door, you will be entering a large living room with views of the lanai and the tropical landscaped garden. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Villa Samuel features beautiful airy décor with a Florida style in mind, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two queen size bedrooms, one main king bedroom and one bedroom featuring a bunk bed.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or just relaxing on the sun lounges.
Guests do have a standard Gas BBQ available to them during their stay.

The only thing I would ask is if you could invest in some new pillows for the beds. They are pretty hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. I’m sure they get heavy use, and it’s a small thing, but I would make sure to get new ones regularly because it adds so much to the comfort level. Thank you again for such a great experience in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoy visiting Cape Coral and Sanibel, and it is just the perfect spot for us. We will be booking again next year! He was very friendly and professional, respectful, and explained his findings at the property. Thank you for making us feel important and respected.

We had a wonderful vacation in the house Samual! And thank you so much for having pet friendly homes, that are completely fenced, so we can bring them along! We loved the spotless house, the backyard, and the very quick response, when the livingroom TV quite working! You are an amazing rental company, and we will see you again in the very near future! We have rented vacation rental homes from Vesteva several times, and have never been disappointed! Their dedication to excellance is outstanding! Our 2nd stay in a Vesteva property within 9 months. We’re from Ohio and drove 17 hours (each way) because of the great experience we’ve had. Ease of booking with Vesteva website, quick responses from Vesteva, very accommodating to requests, and I feel Vanessa genuinely cares about our comfort and experience while staying in one of her properties. We were able to check in (early) and check out with no contact and no issues. The house was exactly as described on the website, and we enjoyed it so much that we requested to stay an additional day (if it was not already booked). Vanessa responded quickly with approval to our request. The house was clean, fully stocked with linens, towels, appliances, kitchen necessities, the pool and lanai were also very clean and where most of our time was spent. The house was also conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Ft. Myers. Vanessa is genuine, very accommodating to requests, understands our needs and made great suggestions to meet our needs, responsive, and professional.

We had no complaints that negatively impacted our stay at Samuel. It is a really nice property. Everything was there that one would need from pool and beach toys to a fully equipped kitchen. My wife was impressed with the clothes washer and dryer. The property had a nice size pool and patio area which we took full advantage of. First rate as always!

We found the place very clean and comfortable.

We found the place very clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The doggy door from the guest bathroom into the lanai and then the doggy door from lanai into the yard was very nice for them. We really loved and used the pool which stayed at a perfect temp for swimming. The master bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower. We did not use the large tub, but it would be perfect for anyone who loves to soak. We enjoyed our stay very much. Overall very pleasant. We got all questions answered and any concerns taken care of promptly.
