So much to do in the area from Boston Red Sox and Minn Twins springs training games, Florida Everblades ECHL hockey games, trips to the beach and plentiful dining and entertainment awaits your stay. Fishing, bird watching, trailing, outdoor activities by the 100's. You just can’t do it all on one trip...so plan on coming back to SW Florida again very soon!

We loved the peaceful atmosphere at Seatuit and are looking forward to another stay! We had plenty of space and the condo was fully stocked with extra of everything. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. And the owners were on top of everything and easy to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay!

Cape Coral getaway!

We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. There is plenty of things to do and a nice variety of restaurants near by. Nice place, nice people. A great get away!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, the checking in was really easy and Brian the property manager was very easy to get in contact with. The property was very clean and as advertised and I will definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting a nice and relaxing get away.

Had a great vacation in Cape Coral

Nice property, nice area, good fishing and great hosts. Brian, the host, is very personable and aims to please. If you need anything, Brian can make it happen. Would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a nice, relaxing vacation- especially if you want to get some good fishing in.

Highly recommended!

We were in town for a wedding and we really enjoyed our stay. Almost wish we had MORE time to hang around and enjoy the pool and dock etc. We had an issue with the door and reached out to Brian and he responded in seconds and came out within minutes to fix. The decor and colors made it feel very Floridaesque!

This was an amazing vacation and we will definitely return. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. We couldn’t get our son out of the pool but when we did we explored the area and had a blast. The owners were always available and had great communication. You can tell that they want to keep making improvements to make every stay even more enjoyable.

Well worth it!

It was a nice property where my wife, teenage daughter, and I had plenty of room. Basically the cost of a hotel, but twice the space! Owner is very responsive. We would book again.

Amazing

The property is amazing! My family and myself had an amazing trip. The location was perfect for hitting all the beaches in the area. The kids absolutely loved the pool and fishing out back in the canal. We will definitely be booking again the host Brian was very easy to communicate with and responded to any of my questions promptly.

Comfortable stay! Nice beds and bedding, good clean bathrooms, very nice patio area and pool- clean and beautiful. Didn’t use grill but looked great. Great canal view and dock. Kitchen adequate- could have been better stocked for cooking. Owner was very responsive and nice. Pricing fair.

Amazing Place!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and brought our boat. Great place, tons of extras. Boat ramp very convenient and very nice ( Rosen Park). Brain was amazing and very helpful. Very nice place. We will definitely be back. Its a great place to have a family/ friends get a way. Seperate units with a pool!!

Words can’t even begin to explain how great this place was! It was perfectly located, and everything we needed (coffee, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, beach towels, fishing poles and so on) everything was readily available, and perfectly clean and well kept. We saw the owners on multiple occasions and they were always very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and we were able to visit nearby beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee places etc very easily. It was a nice, peaceful location, and having a private pool was amazing. They even had beach towels, pool toys, and so on provided. It was an amazing experience and was so affordable! I took my 6 year old and my parents who are in their 70’s and we had a blast! We were all very impressed and will definitely return someday! Highly recommend!

Daughter’s 17th birthday fishing trip!

My daughter turned 17 year old on July 3rd and wanted somewhere new to fish and to watch fireworks for July 4th! I found this Gem online and it was Great! Only a short little 10 minute boat ride Through the canal to the Gulf! Fishing was great! Boat slip at the house is brand new and perfect for our 23ft flats boat. The grounds to the home is clean and Beautifully maintained and the inside of our condo was very clean, full kitchen with all Utensils needed and the best part was the washer and drier!! As a mom of 3 kids that was the best part for me! Highly recommend this property for any family of any ages. My boys loved swimming in the pool. Brian and his family are wonderful very accommodating and honest. 10/10 would recommend staying here! Thank you sharing your beautiful home with us, so we could make the best memories with our kiddos!

Terrific property with a great pool. It is screened in and lovely. The inside is very nice and is doesn't smell at all. There are dishes and beach towels at the house and check in is really easy.
