This gulf access house is in a tranquil neighborhood in SW Cape, with a short connection to many great restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The minute you enter this beautifully decorated Cape Coral vacation villa, you will understand why people come to Florida from all over the world.

Living Room: The living room offers plenty of seating, fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a view of the canal and pool area.

Dining Room: Located off of of the kitchen you will find a formal dining room with seating for six with a gorgeous pool view.

Kitchen: The beautiful kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need, featuring granite countertops, 2 person seating at the counter and kitchen island.

The en-suite master bathroom has a large soaking tub, separate walk in shower, jack & jill sinks and plenty of counter space for all you will need for your stay. Leave the sliders ajar at night to allow for the soft breeze to lull you to sleep from the lanai.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: One of the guest bedrooms features a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 full size beds. Both guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which features a tub/shower and single-sink vanity.
