Come ready to relax and rejuvenate in this completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Southwest Cape Coral. Villa Rosegarden offers a blend of comfort and style, and features amenities that you won’t find everywhere else.
In the heart of the home, the designer kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you'll need to whip up your favorite meals. For dining, choose between the indoors, where the dining room offers panoramic views of the water, or gather outside on the lanai and enjoy the fresh air.

The master suite, is a perfect personal retreat in itself. On top of a bed you’ll sink right into, with premium linens and a large flatscreen tv, it has an incredible ensuite bathroom. The ensuite of course is equipped with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower but it also has a unique feature a double outdoor private shower. Just outside the sliders, you’ll find a your own outdoor shower for two, to start or end your day under the open sky.

The lanai is a great place to hang out while spending the day in. Villa Rosegarden has a large, heated pool and spa combo and a great, shaded conversational nook to hang out when the day is done.

The property also includes a big private dock and you'll find it's a perfect spot for local fishing. Snook, redfish, and spotted sea trout are just a few of the popular catches in the area. And if you're keen on exploring the surrounding waters, a boat rental can be arranged and delivered directly to you, not boating license needed.

Great home to vacation in.

Beautiful home and scenery !! Family had a blast big pool nice hot tub for after a day out. Fishing off the dock we caught Jack cavalls mangrove snapper and of course your saltwater catfish. Very easy check in and check out. Had a couple issues but host got on it and took care of it. Definitely would be staying there again.

Great house on the canals

Lovely house that has everything you need. Open layout makes it feel very spacious. Rented a boat as well, which added to the experience. Couldn’t get on wifi or figure out how to turn on jets for spa. Texted property manager with no response.
