The serene atmosphere invites you to relax and recharge. This duplex is conviently located just minutes away from resturants, shopping and hospial. Only 15 minutes to lots of restaurants, Great Music Scene and the all new exciting” Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina. 15 minutes to the beautiful Cape Coral beach and Downtown River District. Perfect for traveling nurses or those coming in for work. This place beats a hotel stay with a comfortable lanai for enjoying an evening of relaxation.
15 minutes over the bridge to Ft Myers Rivers District, 45 minutes to Ft Myers beach and approximately 1 hour to Naples. Sorry No Pets
