Villa Santa Rosa is located in the PRIME Yacht Club Neighborhood. One mile from downtown, entertainment district. Direct Gulf access with a 10k boat lift with an opportunity to rent our 24 ft, 2024 Bentley Tri-toon. On the end of a cul da sac road that offers privacy and minimum traffic. Enjoy sunsets in the electric heated pool(you control the thermostat) that faces the western sky. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has recently been remodeled, floor to ceiling in every room, including state-of-the art impact windows, doors and sliders. Located within 2 miles of Cape Corals best restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. Take one of the four bikes to the Yacht Club Beach, that is 2 miles away.

We loved everything about this property! From the booking process, to the checkout. The listing was very detailed and literally had everything and more listed in the description! Property manager, Adam, was super easy to talk to and met us at the property on check in date.Will stay here again in the future.

Fabulous home

We loved it so much last year, we came back again this year for a month. House and location are fantastic. Owner and the property manager are both highly responsive. Highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Our stay at Santa Rosa Villa was absolutely perfect! The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. We have stayed at several locations through out the Ft. Myers and Cape Coral area and this is one of the nicest homes! The out door/ pool area was excellent! The home was clean and fully stock with the essentials and many extras:) Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home! The owners thought of everything! And when they say heated pool, they really mean it! We were there in January so that really mattered to us and we were able to enjoy the water and the house!

Amazing Place!

What a wonderful time! Had great food,fun,and a great stay. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The pool was awesome and our son never wanted to leave it. The new dock was very nice and caught lots of fish off of it. We ate well at all the surrounding restaurants. Lived beach life at Fort Meyers, Sanibel island.Went to a fun Waterpark not far away. And we cannot wait to go back! Scouted many places for next time.

Amazing House on the Canal

The place is amazing! The pool is awesome and my friends and I stayed in it often! Ryan is great and quick to respond if you need him and so are the property managers! I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!

Awesome Rental

This was one of the cleanest vrbo properties I have ever stayed at. The pool was WONDERFUL. The showers were clean, the kitchen was cleaned and well stocked with trash bags, ziplocks, kitchen utensils/cookware, spices. The managers were helpful and attentive. Comfortably slept 4 adults and two toddlers.

Third stay just as wonderful!

This was our 3rd year staying at Villa Santa Rosa and it just gets better every year! The home is absolutely beautiful and the pool is a perfect oasis. Ryan & his wife Carrie are the most gracious hosts, we couldn't ask for better. The managers are also wonderful and quick to respond to any needs or concerns. We are already planning next years visit, we can't wait to get back to our home away from home.
