Beautiful Vacation Home

Loved the beautiful home and the location was superb! Great place to stay if you like to get up early and fish right off of the dock/deck! If I was looking for a home to buy this would be the place I’d call home!

Winter Escape

This is a wonderful property in a nice quiet neighborhood! It was clean and comfortable and Tom was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location for dining and entertainment, too! More bath and hand towels and wash clothes would be an added bonus. Consider taking some with you if staying for a week or so. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for a little over two weeks had no issues. Great check in, close to a lot of the places that we wanted to go to. House was very clean. We were there to just relax, so really enjoyed the pool very easy communication with the owner. The only time we had to reach out was the temperature took a dip in Florida and so did the pool and he came right over and raise the temperature for us. we would definitely go back.

Nice, comfortable and clean Villa

A spacious and well-kept villa, equipped with everything, with a very nice, clean pool, which was also looked after from time to time. Everything was very tidy, the beds were very comfortable and there was enough bath and pool linen. A comfortable, luxurious place to stay, even for a longer period of time. The house is very quiet and even in stormy weather we had a lot of fun in the house during the two weeks. All the information was accurate and we felt very comfortable, we would come back anytime, thank you very much Tom.

This property was in pristine condition. Very well decorated, very clean, top notch indeed. he layout of the house was very nice, anything and everything you would want or need in a vacation home. Long weekend

I can not say enough great things about this beautiful house and the great host . I 100% recommend staying there . We are already planning our next visit . The host thought of everything and added so many special little touches . We had sort of a unique situation with our traveling and time line and they were so gracious and worked with us . Great communication on their part . 10/10 for sure .

Relaxing vacation

The minute we walked into Tom and Ellie’s beautiful Dream Catcher home we knew it would be a relaxing vacation. The home had everything we needed and more. We spent the days/ evenings by the pool and also sitting in the chairs near the canal. Tom was so helpful letting us know about his favorite restaurants since we were new to the area. We will definitely be going back next year. I would recommend this home to all my friends!!

Beautiful Villa on the Canal

Tom and Ellie were incredible hosts from the day of arrival until the we left. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond and were incredibly helpful. The house and view were amazing. The kids loved the pool and my wife enjoyed relaxing by the pool watching TV. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Every single thing was perfect for us. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. The pool was warm and clean. The lanai was so comfortable and we loved sitting at the table and eating dinner, watching tv or playing board games. The dock areas were fantastic. The home had everything you could need. We didnt need to leave for anything but food. The beds were comfortable and the house well set up. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing week. Tom and Ellie are very courteous and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area

Beautiful home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom's beautiful home on the canal! His communication was excellent... always quick to respond to our various questions. We loved everything from the comfortable bed, spacious master bath, well-stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space -- so sweet! The pool temperature was perfect, and it was lovely to be able to grill and dine outside, or relax on the comfy seating and enjoy the sunsets! We enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood, and the location is perfect to take in everything from Ft. Myers beaches to Pine Island (including the awesome art gallery in Bokeelia!). The home is exceptionally clean with attention to all the details. Thank you, Tom! We highly recommend Dream Catcher!!

Everything was as described. We appreciated absolutely everything. The hosts were absolutely attentive and very quick to respond. We loved our stay and the recommendations on dining in the area. Definitely look forward to staying again. The pool was great and using the boat dock made our visit so convenient. The grill was clean and had plenty of gas for us to be able to cook outdoors during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had the most beautiful view of the sunset poolside everynight! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING HOME!!

Our stay at Dream Catcher was amazing! Home is stunning, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and even had a complimentary bottle of wine on ice waiting for our arrival! What a wonderful surprise! Made us feel so special, and so welcomed! We had use of new bikes, kayaks, the beautiful pool, and beach towels were provided. We so appreciated and loved all the wonderful amenities that this home has to offer! Everything was well thought out for anyone staying at this lovely home! We had everything we needed. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time! Totally relaxing and the gorgeous sunset views from the canal were stunning!! Plenty of wonderful restaurants with water views and the food was amazing! We visited Fort Myers Beach, but our favorite by far was Sanibel Island! The beaches were gorgeous and I was amazed at the huge seashells we found! The owners Tom & Elie were wonderful, so sweet, and quick to reply if you need anything! Thank you Tom & Elie for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay at your home! We will ALWAYS cherish our stay and lovely memories made while staying in Cape Coral! Beautiful, Comfortable Home

During our three weeks stay in Florida this was our third rental property. We started out on Pine Island for three days so we could eat at Lobster Lady, went down to marathon for two weeks, then we extended our trip and stayed in Cape Coral the last three nights, so we could eat at Lobster Lady one more time prior to going back to Minnesota. Most people will only rent Sunday to Sunday or Saturday Saturday. They did not having any problem renting to us from Saturday to Tuesday. From the time that we booked until the time that we left, they were very very responsive and courteous and friendly. The home was very comfortable. From the beds, the appliances and all of the necessities we needed to Stay in the home without having to run to the store immediately for hand soap, dish soap, or paper plates, etc.. The pool was fantastic and the patio furniture with the outdoor TV were exceptional. A nice extra perk. They even had a complementary bottle of wine, chilled and ready for us when we arrived. Unfortunately, we do not usually see that kind of hospitality in a VRBO rental. We are not big drinkers so we did not drink the wine, but we did appreciate the fact that it was left there for us. we would definitely rent this property again and we would definitely recommend it to all of our family and friends.

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts!

Dreamcatcher is a beautiful home! We stayed for a week and loved every second of it from the moment we walked in the door. The house is well-appointed with everything you need. Dishes, utensils, a Keurig and separate coffee maker. Pool towels, bath towels and extra blankets for those like me that need extra because I’m always cold. The master suite was gorgeous and extremely large, as is the bathroom. The shower was wonderful and had plenty of room for my 6’10” boyfriend. The dual walk-in closets were perfect for unpacking and staying organized. The king size bed was comfortable and we slept great each night. There are 2 other bedrooms and full bath on the opposite side of the house so if traveling with family, it makes a nice separation. The kitchen is large and laid out well, and while we didn’t cook any meals, there is literally everything you would need ready for you. The lanai and pool area was amazing and we spent a lot of time swimming. The temperature was a bit cold for me the first day, so Tom quickly came over and adjusted it so it was much more comfortable for my northern skin. The dock area runs the entire length of the property and then some, with several areas to sit and watch the water and boats go by. Tom and Elie were such gracious hosts and were available within a few minutes if needed. Overall, we loved this home and felt so comfortable and relaxed. We would highly recommend Dreamcatcher and would love to book again in the future. Thank you!!

Everything As Advertised And Then Some!

My wife and I stayed here for 11 days over the holidays. This was our first experience with renting a home and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The property is exceptionally clean. The communication with the property owner was seamless and everything went perfectly. We were provided clear instructions as to the location, the amenities and access. We arrived and were in the house in minutes. The owner was easily accessible (lives a few minutes away) although we never had to call him for anything. The home is exactly as pictured in the ad. Absolutely beautiful, located on a canal with a boat dock. The pool was lovely and the temperature was perfect. I spent the last two days watching football on the outdoor television while relaxing in the pool and my wife floating on one of the provided rafts. The appliances are new and in great working order. New kitchen utensils, pots & pans and plates were perfect for cooking at home and there is a large grocery store within five minutes. Two coffee makers, Keurig and traditional ground. A nice wine selection in the home for purchase at store prices. We had plenty of room to spread out when we needed to work on our computers and there are several areas for work stations for people working remotely, including the large table on the patio by the pool. The furniture was very comfortable and the beds were equally as comfortable. The his and her closets and vanities provided amply room for clothing and toiletries. There was lots to do within 10 minutes including an excellent seafood place, a very nice steakhouse and fun sports bar with good food. About 20 minutes to Old Fort Myers and about 30 to the great spots in Bonita. Lots of gyms nearby as well and we used our memberships to exercise in the mornings (ClubPilates, OTF) plus Esporta and Anytime Fitness. We would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member and would certainly stay here again.
