Despite promises no one ever came to insert batteries for fan remote control which were missing. Thus unable to use fan for 6 days. Agent unable to explain A/C. Few mugs/plates. No eggcups! Bought kitchen roll, cloths and shampoo. Normally these are provided but you are welcome to keep them. None of my pre-arrival questions answered. Only when I arrived did I discover there’s a very helpful and supportive check in desk
