"Great location and accommodation. Easy access to Macroplaza, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing that surprised us was that the shower door was a glass door and transparent at the top and bottom, which was awkward for us. We got free drink vouchers and the rooftop lounge was nice. "

"The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The desk was very attentive—we needed a walk-in shower and our first room didn’t have one. They moved us within minutes. Great location—walking distance to the Macroplaza and museums. It’s an old, elegant hotel in the center of the Barrio Antiguo. I’ll happily go back. "

The breakfast bufet excelled my expectations, a great variety of mexican and international options, butbtge highlight of it was the "cafe de olla" a mexican variation of cofee. The staff, very friendly and always trying to please us . Would I stay again? Withoutba doubt!!!"

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

"The staff is very helpful, the rooms are modern & spacious and loved they had a dishwasher. They have room service until midnight. Used the gym and it had plenty of machines to get a full workout and nice view of the city, we also used the laundry room, in order to use it you have to pay $85 pesos & they provide token & it includes detergent. Great place to stay"

"My wife and I would walk to parque fundidora and there’s a delicious taqueria right next to the hotel. Everything was clean and the shower was huge even with a little bench in it. "

"Clean room, courteous staff, great gym. Every morning, they offer you when you are leaving the hotel, water and coffe, they also bring your car from the garage. I am returnig to this hotel next month, and every month for the rest of this year."
