"The property was very clean and easy to check in and out. It is located very close to downtown Basalt which made it easy to walk to the restaurants for dinner after daily vacation activities. Felt it was a little cramped for 3 adults but very nice overall. Loved being close the river"

"Loved the location, Just a few minutes from Basalt, a really cute little town with great food. Frying pan river is amazing, stunning views. We used the smoker and did pulled pork. Enjoyed the yurt. Really cool house for a group of people.The minuses, we should have brought our own soap for the shower. No curtains on the windows so it got bright in the rooms.Jonny is great."

"The door combination was a little challenging to input to gain access to the house. And we couldn't get the lock box to work for us.The upstairs powder room and the downstairs toilets leaked a little. Overall, we really loved the property and its location. We found it very comfortable."
