Unfortunately our stay here was very disappointing. There were several extra fees that weren’t mentioned at the time of booking. Linen was an additional cost for linen and towels. After stating that this was not mentioned when booking, we were provided with linen. There was a cleaning fee and we would be charged if we wanted to use the air conditioning. There was no fan we could use as an alternative. We then discovered there was no dishwashing liquid or cloths. When we asked about this we were told we would have to provide it ourselves. Additionally, there were a lot of ants throughout the bathroom and lounge. It’s unfortunate as the house is lovely and in a beautiful location.

Bilocale con tutto ciò che serviva, sotto il paese di Capoliveri. Unica pecca una pulizia un po' da migliorare. Veramente bravissimo il proprietario.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Aussicht mit schöner Terasse. Der Blick in die Natur und der Blütenduft schätzten wir sehr. Folgende Zusatzleistungen wurden bei der Buchung nicht angegeben: Klimaanlage 10€ pro Tag Bettwäsche 25€ Frotteetücher 50€ Endreinigung 80€ Auf Nachfrage mussten wir die Endreinigung nicht bezahlen, dafür wurde wohl vorher nicht so recht geputzt. Alles mögliche muss selbst mitgebracht werden, das finden wir mühsam: Abwaschmittel, Abrocknungstuch, Salz, Putzlappen, Handseife, WC-Papier etc. Das führt wohl dazu, dass vieles nur sehr selten geputzt wird. Das Geschirr und alles mögliche, was man halt so berührt, waren schmutzig (z.B. Tischdecke, Stuhllehne, Duschbrause). So haben wir zuerst mal alles Geschirr, welches wir benötigten, abgewaschen. Allg. ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man bei den Küchenschränken riechen kann und an der älteren Eineichtung bemerkt (z.B. rostige Stühle/Pfannen). Sie hat dafür grosszügig Platz und einen schönen Balkon. Lucio war freundlich und hat uns gut eingeführt.

La casa Il Cassero è una piacevole struttura situata nelle vicinanze di Capoliveri. Immersa nel verde e dotata di un parcheggio dedicato risulta essere molto fresca senza la necessita di usufruire dell'aria condizionata. Lucio è molto disponibile per ogni bisogno.

Abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni al Cassero Casa perfetta come da descrizione, unica pecca un po’ distante dal paese, per noi impossibile andare a piedi. Lucio ( il proprietario) una persona gentilissima e disponibile.

Ein wunderschönes Wiedersehen mit Capoliveri

Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Zumal ist die Lage sehr reizvoll und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, liegt der Ortskern sehr nah. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Freundliche Vermieter, zentrale Lage

Alles Bestens, nur sollte man im online-Inserat darauf hingewiesen werden, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier in der Regel nicht inkludiert sind. Freundlicherweise haben die Vermieter dies aber ausnahmsweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt.

Padrone di casa estremamente accogliente, terrazzo con ottima vista .

Siamo pienamente soddisfatti. Il proprietario è estremamente cortese e disponibile a dare consigli (utilissimo) per godersi appieno il soggiorno.
