Hotel overall was wonderful , clean , safe and easy access from downtown capri - the only thing I would say is that the breakfast buffet was very minimal - didn’t have many options , it’s more like a simple bed and breakfast but staff are super polite, friendly and clean

This is amazing hotel! The staff was wonderful and the amenities were divine! I would recommend this hotel when you go to Capri. This will be a go to next time we go back.

Oh my god, BOOK THIS HOTEL. I don't care what your other options are, nothing is more gorgeous, serene, and perfect than Hotel Mamela. From the staff, to the rooms, to the infinity pool overlooking the ocean...I cannot stress enough how immaculate and perfect this property is. The property is situated away from the central buzz but 10 minute walk to anything you need. Hotel Mamela made us fall in love with Capri and we will be back!

Beautiful gem
This was our first trip to Italy, and a friend had recommended Capri. We tacked it onto the end of our stay and we definitely saved the best for last! AMAZING is all I can say, and our hotel was stunning

The perfect stay at a great hotel at a reasonable for Capri price. Relaxed but attentive service with a gorgeous view from the pool and the room. Walkable to the main piazza with shops and dining. Front desk staff is helpful with reservations for ferry, restaurants and more. Breakfast is great with delicious coffee. Looking forward to returning.

We can’t say enough good things about Hotel Mamela! It was our favorite hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. Stunning property, wonderful service, and the pool is amazing when you want to take it easy and relax after a day on your feet.

We’ve stayed at Hotel Mamela a number of times, it’s had a beautiful renovation since we last stayed. Our room was gorgeous with a massive terrace and stunning view. We’ll be back again!

Great hotel! close to all downtown, shops and restaurants! A tip for perfect diced would be staff working at reception to be more polite! when we left they didn’t even thank us for our stay!

Wow wow wow what can I say about this beautiful hotel. I’m not quite sure how it isn’t rated 5 stars. Hotel Mamela is hands down one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The views are amazing, the staff is very friendly. I highly highly recommend booking your stay with hotel Mamela. I cannot wait to return, it’s perfection.

where do we even start? we booked 5 days at the Hotel Mamela in May for our Honeymoon this year and we could not have picked a better property for this special trip. the staff where extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where to eat and what to do on the island, the breakfast was out of this world with all of the home baked pastries and cakes! the pool area was beautiful and so well kept along with more exceptional staff! already dreaming about our next stay here hopefully same time next year! don't hesitate just book it, thank you hotel Mamela love Mr & Mrs Rongione x

From checkin to checkout was great for us. Nice little hotel. Short walk to shopping and taxi pick up area. Staff, super accommodating and always greeted with a smile - all staff. When we return to Capri, will try to stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My wife and I were upgraded to a suite at no charge. Our room had two full luxury baths, a living room, bedroom, and stunning views of the infinity pool and sea from two separate balconies, both of which had opening double doors. The entire building is gorgeous, the pool area is beautiful, the food from both restaurants is varied and delicious, the staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located near the center of the island, and all the prices were very reasonable. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return.
