"We stayed as a family of 10 and had a great time. The accommodation is definitely rustic and traditional. It won’t suit everyone but if you’re looking to get back to basics look no further! For us as an Australian family it could have cleaner and we ended up doing cleaning ourselves to make it more comfortable. The bed linen and towels are also ready for a refresh. The host was great and provided a good summary of the local area and sights. Arezzo is a lovely day out. "

"Just do it! This home is perfect! Great home for a group, giving your guests privacy and space. The saying a kitchen is the heart of a home is so true. We appreciated the kitchens location, separated from all sleeping spaces allowing early risers to be in kitchen without disturbing anyone. The house manager Sara is a true professional, so helpful and went above and beyond to be sure we felt cared for in this home."

"We were a group of 29 (14 adults, 15 children aged 5-17) and we had a wonderful week at Casa sulla Roccia. The buildings are beautiful inside as well as outside, and the surroundings and the view are gorgeous. "Perfect Check-in. Our host (Matteo) lead us the last kilometers to the house. We got delicious welcome-snacks and aperitifs. Additionally Matteo showed us arround and we got a lot of information and tips from him. The villa was clean and very nice. The olive grove, pizza oven, and pool provided charming activities and the group dining room brought guests together. "We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."
