Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out. "Clean and stylish hotel - a great location to explore Kona on foot or a great hub for all other island trips by car! There is a beach/bay practically in the backyard where you can snorkel (and see some cool fish/coral) kayak, paddle board etc. Amenities were great (pool, beach towels/chairs, bikes) but do require a $25/day charge NOT included in the Expedia prices. The view from our room was absolutely amazing (ocean and mountain). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Worth the stay, the price, and would stay here again and/or recommend this to a friend! :)"

"This is a really cool property. We had a hard time finding somewhere big enough for our multigenerational group. This house gave us plenty of space to spread out. The grounds are huge and the kids enjoyed exploring and finding different fruits. The host is great, super responsive and helpful. Was a little concerned about not having central AC but it cools down at night and wasn’t bad with the windows open. The house is secluded so you definitely need a car and be prepared for a lot of driving if you plan to be out of the house."
