"Stayed here on a whim because the price was great for a night. My partner and I loved our little weekend getaway. Everything was fantastic, really clean, great friendly staff, big room, really comfortable overall. The location is halfway into the Florida Keys, so it's great if you want to stay there or drive about an hour down to Key West. We loved it, definitely recommend. "

"We could not have picked a better place to stay. The views, the fishing, the neighborhood and the house were perfect!We caught a ton of fish snappers, grunts, 3 sharks,2 barracuda and one enormous tarpon.We actually never left the house. DoorDash groceries and cooked our catches. Did go to King Fish Market two blocks away. We didn’t even rent a car everything you could want is within walking distance. The house was amazing. It had everything you could possibly desire. The plunge pool was immaculate. I’ve never had one so nice in a VRBO. Kitchen is very well stocked. The furnishings are very nice as well. Some places go cheap and it shows. All appliances are new and top of the line. The triple sliding doors et you open the entire house to the outdoors.Shannon is a wonderful and considerate host. She replies promptly and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Read her booklet by the front door. There is even a trap on the dock for bait fish and a fantastic cleaning station I will definitely return to Sunrise on Sixth"

"Loved being right on the water in our Family Cabin! Being able to walk right out and feel the tropical air and see the palms blowing in the wind. It rained hard the night we stayed and hitting the tin roof lulled us right to sleep. The wood detailing was gorgeous and everything seemed new and fresh. Felt safe & comfy on our visit "

"A grate place to stay."

"This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As Florida residents and life long visitors to the Keys we have stayed in countless places and this has been our favorite...exactly as described in listing!"
