The home features a master suite with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. Enjoy a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open screened porch with breathtaking sunset views. The house is decorated in a beach contemporary style, with carpeted bedrooms and tiled living areas.

Modern amenities include a gas grill, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests have full access to North Captiva Island Club amenities, including two large pools, a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, and more. Enjoy the use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

The island, accessible only by boat or plane, offers a tranquil "Old Florida" atmosphere, with car-free sandy trails and golf carts available for rent. Explore pristine beaches, nature trails, and enjoy bird watching, shelling, and water sports.
