The Space:
What we love- This condo is one of just a few with a sunset facing exposure, allowing guests to catch the world famous Captiva sunsets from the comfort of their upscale condo. Crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Relax and take much needed naps in any of the three posturepedic mattresses after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of community gas grilles to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Catch up on Netflix on any of the 50``+ HD televisions in the unit, for those lazy days in the condo.

The Beach Villas complex enjoys its own private beach access that is hidden from view. The walk to the beach is pure serenity!

Guest Access:
***Hurricane Ian Disclaimer- While this complex has finalized its hurricane remediation and is ready to host its first visitors, there may still be construction happening in the area and within South Seas Resort. There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are out of orders and are expected to be available late 2024. Please message us prior to booking if you require elevator access and we can confirm if the elevators are available at that time.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping.

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side of South Seas Island Resort, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

Interaction with Guests:
Staying with us is simple. We utilize a keyless entry system, the code to which you will be given the morning of your arrival. A gate pass will be left at the South Seas Resort gatehouse for you, from which you will be directed to your unit. From there, I can have as much or as little interaction with you as you desire. My engagement is entirely up to you.
