Large cedar cabin with room for the whole family sitting atop the highest lookout point in the area. Large open living area with vaulted cedar ceilings, floor to ceiling windows out to the massive back deck with breathtaking views of the horizon. View overlooks Carbondale and down past Alto Pass to Bald Knob Cross. Relax and watch the sunset on the back deck while sipping on your favorite beverage. 5 acres of privacy with incredible view plus woods to take a stroll. Relax and enjoy the serenity all while having the option for a 2 minute drive to Walkers Bluff Casino/ winery or only 5 minutes to Carbondale Walmart, Kroger, movie theater, dining, etc. Very large master bedroom has his/her walk in closets, double vanity, private toilet room, walk in shower. Has 2nd bedroom on the main floor with its own bathroom and separate 1/2 bath for main floor guests. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, full bath, play room with bunk beds, pinball, and arcade with fun for the whole family. Back yard has camp fire area with wood provided. Asphalt driveway, 3 car attached garage, plus 2 parking areas by front door and on side of house with room for everyone. This is definitely a rare one of a kind property for Southern Illinois.
