"This place is dated but in a good way, has all the character of this 100+ year old building still intact. Didn't really have any problems. Only dealt with staff and check in and really felt like we had hotel to ourselves as never really saw anybody around but we left early each day and came back later in day. Close to many things including Mall, shops, stores, restaurants and the river. Easy to get to ferries that take you up and down river as far as you want and back for .50 which is amazing. Southbank is close as well as the Star Casino with amazing 23rd floor lookout (see this and its free). Rooms were clean and spacious including bathrooms with modern shower and fixtures. No outside noises could be heard even thunder was hardly noticeable. Didn't use restaurants or amenities and stayed several days for end of vacation. "

"The apartment was clean, good location and great size. Easy to check in and find. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only challenge was the aircon is central aircon but there was no vent in the 2nd room so my kids had no air conditioning which was a bit tough a few nights with kids waking up. "
