"I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace. I hope to never see this employee again when staying at your property. "

"The location is a little far from downtown, but fortunately Calgary bus 24 goes right by the house and takes us straight to Stampede grounds and downtown.The house is well maintained and clean, and we had the whole main floor, but you have to remember the basement is also rented out...and they ask for quiet. We really weren't loud, but I guess any sound was transferred through the floor."
