"I switched to a smaller room from the biggest one , with no change in the amount charged to my cc. Im pretty sure I ended up paying double the price for the room I actually stayed in. Staff during the day are excellent. Staff during late hours not so professional. The parking is by far the worst I've ever seen for a hotel."
