"The best thing to say about this hotel is that it was clean and mostly functional. No frills. No coffeemaker, no clock. Definitely moldy smell in the room. Rooms have a price tag that kindly informs you about the prices of various things if you choose to take... buy :) them. Breakfast is a joke, they give you a brown bag with a cereal bar and an old orange. The sign on the doors claims they do it due to customer demand. Right... The coffee in their lunch room is fairly watered down instant that is dispensed via a big machine into the foam cups. Didn't try the pool, didn't look clean enough. But having said all this - to be fair - the room and beds were clean, and fridge and microwave worked, and it offered easy access to the Everglades and to the Keys. "

"Great place to stay near Everglades NP and Biscayne NP! Staff are helpful and friendly. They truly go above and beyond! There’s a food truck, Masala Mandala, that’s conveniently close if you don’t feel like going out. "

"Inside of the room pictures look better than in real life. Definitely could use some TLC. Room was clean, but dated and the area is just ok. I wouldn’t stay there as a solo traveler. Lots of places nearby to eat though. "

"There was an emergency repair going on in the property which was extremely noisy. We couldn’t be in the room and even thought about moving to other place. No apologies or compensation were offered "

"No breakfast included, but available as a buffet which we did not pay for. Clean, great lighting and charging options in room. Small balcony with chairs overlooking canal was great. "

"Breakfast, room and beach were great. The pool had what appeared to be black mold growing on the shallow end of the pool, especially near the steps. Ibis birds were walking around the pool& drinking from the pool water. Cement around pool appeared to have alot of brown bird droppings."

"Comfortable large rooms. Staff was great and very helpful. Elevators a bit noisy. But late at night they quiet down. Great location"
