Nice little trip

Great spot to stay 10 minutes walk Cardiff bay and little bit more to the city nice place bed was really comfortable could do with few more little coffees left but made me get up get out little earlier would stay again

Flat is ample for two people - comfortable bed - free toiletries, towels and new dish cloth & washing up liquid. Fridge, stove, washing machine, dish washer, toaster, iron - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 30 minute walk from center of town / Principality stadium - Central location

Here's the reason for the 2 star rating: -good location to shops, restaurants, transit, and Cardiff Bay. -WIFI was good -It was spacious with big rooms NOT SO GOOD -images used in advertisement of Century Wharf rental were false, images taken off the internet, we did NOT have a view of Cardiff Bay but of a road and maybe part of Taff River. -The inside pictures also were not of the place that we were intending to stay at. -no communication 48 hours before check-in -wrong phone number to reach owner, Expedia had to reach out to them and basically the reservation fell through the cracks. -no information on how to use the kitchen, and heating. we were able to reach out to organization to come in and show us how to use heaters. -clothing rack for drying were two racks held together by zip ties -oven was worn down and all the kitchen utensils and frying pans were seriously worn and the frying pans were well past due -kitchen not well stocked with utensils -the towel heater in first bathroom was falling off the wall. -the ceiling lights in the first bathroom were almost all blown so the lighting was extremely dim -the second bathroom - fan did not work, shower was moldy, leaking and not draining properly False advertisment all around and would not recommend!

We had a great stay. The only thing we found a little difficult was trying to find the building within the complex as there are so many. Otherwise parking was close by, good selection of shops and places to eat near by. It’s a very quiet area.

Great for visit to Cardiff

Good location and under a 25min walk into the city centra. Roomy one bed apartment with good sized rooms throughout. Safe environment within a gated community with security on site. Affordable and secure parking. Room heating was too hot; controls not very responsive - please check! Also, bathroom towel rail though it carried a warming notice is far too hot!

Family holiday

Went down to Cardiff to visit family as we do every year and always look for apartments to stay in, this was our first time with urban space and must say wasn't disappointed very clean, spacious and well situated will definitely be using them again

Lovely apartment 6 floor with roof top balcony over looking the river, warm and cosy with everything you need. Clean lift and shared area. Felt very safe and parking was very close by.

Great property really safe area. One of the flats we had didnt have a working tv and keylock on balcony came out the door (3nice) 82 prague was lovely a little dirty in bathroom (shower screen and bath had mould by tiles) and balcony was really dirty. Other than that the whole stay was lovely and have no other moans

Very clean again, and convenient for bay and city. Only thing not perfect was struggling with hot water. There appears to be a water tank, not a boiler, so the hot water ' ran out '. Other than that its great and reasonably priced compared to hotel rooms

The apartment was very clean and tidy in a nice area. About 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Bay, and 20 minutes from the city. Half a mile from Cardiff Bay station with good train links to various places. We had couple of issues when we arrived but they were sorted out quickly by helpful staff. It was a shame we didn't have a view from the balcony but we were on the ground floor. More cutlery and crockery would be useful, especially as there is a dishwasher in the apartment ( two teaspoons is a bit limited.) Overall it was a pleasant stay

It’s an interesting property. I had a sixth-floor studio with balcony overlooking the river. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable. There was very little noise from neighbours, and none from outside. Pre-check-in communication, as well as checking in with the concierge, was great, but the ins and outs of navigating security and the layout of the place took a bit of getting used to. All in all, a positive experience.

Very quiet and safe environment. Communication about how to access the building was excellent. The only con is the TV, I would have appreciated a lot if the apartment had a smart TV so that i could access Netflix or other services during my stay. But for the rest it was excellent.

Fantastic getaway

I booked this trip for my partners birthday a short break in Cardiff to relax and what an amazing place easy to find, great communication a beautiful veiw from a private balcony of the river,parking is paid at £10 / day but left me feeling car was safe and secure and easy access to lifts , there are shops nearby and its not far to anywhere....a 10 minute walk to Cardiff bay or 20 minute walk to Cardiff city center......the kitchen had all the pots n pans youd need for a few days away cooking....i must add cos i read other reviews about communication....i had no issues contacted them few days befor we left from the booking email they sent initially ,all the details were in there all i should stress is make sure you contact them before the weekend as offices are closed on a weekend ...other than that what an amazing team and a fantastic apartment xxx

Property is a little tired

Location is good. Plenty of space. Lack of certain cutlery and plates. Hob in the kitchen was dirty. Hand towels not provided. Good communication when there was an initial problem with parking, it was sorted within 10 minutes however telephone communication on Saturday morning was not good. Had to resort to an email. Since then have received an answer to my query but a little late as we are now at home.

Communication excellent. Instead of a 130cm wide bed upstais with balcony aganst which I complained we got a larger apartment with 200x200 cm wide beds. Apartment comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A little far away from railway station, buses in the morning run seldom. You only get bathing towels, no additional towels for hand and face. Howver, the managers solved the problem. Huge glass tables in the living room, but nothing to protect the table. The managers have to think about this. Dirty pots should be removed.

Location - very good, around 15 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and 20/25 mins walk to Cardiff Central/train station. Check in/check out - straight forward and easy instructions despite us arriving around 11pm Property - Felt safe within the complex, didn't use the leisure facilities so can't comment on this. The kitchen had plentiful items and had everything needed to cook a full family meal, nice touch with the milk in the fridge to make a hot drink on arrival. However, the bathroom didn't have a bath mat so had to be very careful when getting in and out of the bath, also noticed what looked like mould on some of the tiling, maybe extractor fan not working? Also noticed in the bedroom that there was cobwebs gathered in the corner near the window/ceiling, so does need a proper clean at some point! Overall a comfortable stay, not in the property much as exploring Cardiff/local areas, walkable to the main attractions/locations. Just needs a few touches added

The location and check in are both as described and very convenient. The gated security seems somewhat senseless as the visitor gate is permanently open to the never ending ninja (clad in all black with no lighting and operating electrified bikes) delivery bike riders who zoom through the property. Main heating system did not function in master bedroom, toilet seat broken, swimming pool closed for two weeks which is a prominent advertised asset however booking agent was unaware. The door hinges have dropped on the balcony door allowing for wind noise on breezy evenings to whistle throughout. Dishwasher did not function as it was missing the start button and was not secured to the kitchen unit correctly so the entire thing rocks when you open the door. Oven needs a deep clean also. Tried to follow up with urban space team with zero success while staying there and chasing them for two weeks afterwards to follow up. Very disappointing communications follow up and ownership
