"The hotel itself is lovely and I found the hotel staff helpful, approachable and friendly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I stayed in the house as a solo traveler. The room was clean, I was given an interconnected room and wasn't made aware of it. The bathrooms are lovely. There was a iron and hairdryer in the room. I was given a voucher for a drink as I didn't have my room cleaned for a day but was charged for the drink (£6.50) because it was classed as a late drink, I do feel the conditions should be made clearer on certain things such as this, but also the parking fees, which can be found but I think it should be made clear upon booking. I also used room service and it was cancelled half hr before it was due to arrive, there was no tables available in the resort restaurants so a shuttle was arranged by the hotel for me to go out of the resort and eat a nearby restaurant. The driver told me a few times during the journey its not service they usually provide and said I might have to wait for pick up or get a taxi as they were busy despite it already being arranged by the hotel reception manager. it made me feel bad for using the service but the pick up driver was great and was very professional, nothing was too much trouble."

"The check in and welcome was lovely and personal. Our room was huge, spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Well stocked with good quality coffee bags and tea and the toiletries smelt amazing. The shower was big, powerful and immaculate. Good breakfast buffet with artisan bread and fresh pastries and the staff were polite and cheerful. We would definitely like to stay here again."

"Pool and sauna a nice relaxing way to start the trip ,car park very handy but quite expensive, but worth a bit extra for the not having to traipse through the centre with your bags. Perhaps car park should be a bit less if you are staying the night plus paying 10 quid extra each to use the pool. Great location, quite but not too far out of city centre."
