"My room was clean however the TV still didn’t work after visiting this property 2 months earlier and staying in the same room. Staff moved me to another room but it was an accessible room. I had to sit on the floor in the shower to read the bottles in the shower to see which was shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Because I was moved to the first floor I had people outside my room yelling on the phone at other people at 7 am. Why I never stay on the first floor. I would only recommend this property if you don’t want to watch any streaming services. "

"Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved.
