"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting the area for a few days. The property was beautiful and clearly well maintained. The quiet setting was much needed after our busy days visiting the local parks. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the future!"

"Awesome place to stay! Super clean, nicely decorated, and all of the amenities! AC was great, kitchen well stocked, appreciated the coffee! Tranquil view in the back, great farmhouse vibe. All utilities worked flawlessly. A Enjoyable stay.Would highly recommend and definitely will book again."

"My husband and I, along with our sweet pooch Auggie, thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time at the retreat. The place looked just like the pics and the owners and their son (and his gf) were wonderful. The pool was just what I needed and we loved walking on the trails. We are looking forward to a return trip! (Thanks again for the fresh eggs!)"

"The host is extremely kind and you can see all the thoughtful touches around the property. She has everything there for you to enjoy the river, porch and grounds. Very easy to communicate with. The dogs, kids and myself were all disappointed we couldn't stay longer and would love to come back when we have more time"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's property! The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The game room was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.Our only suggestion is to improve the cooling on the top floor during peak summer, as that bedroom tended to get quite hot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!"
Waterfront Urbanna Home w/ Private Dock

"Spent a weekend here with friends and it was great. The only reason we rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is because due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, the pool was not accessible for the duration of the stay. The host was able to provide pool passes for the town pool located around the corner from the house and was able to help us out on the cost per night since a main reason we booked was to be able to relax by our own pool. The dock was relaxing and provided great wildlife from herons and osprey to crabs and turtles. We had no luck fishing from the dock as the water is 3-4 feet deep during high tide and only a few inches at low tide. There are kyakas available to paddle out to deeper water. Town is also 4 mins away and offers dining options. We were also to find a few beaches within 40 mins to enjoy. Overall we had a great time! Brandy was a great host and great to work with."
