"The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever."

"Hey all - this is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of punta mita. Great location near all the restaurants. The rooftop restaurant and pool are amazing. This place is the perfect blend of having a relaxing hotel to stay at while also being able to experience the authenticity of Mexico/punta mita. Highly recommend!"

"It was OK. Food was good overall and pool was nice and well maintained. That said, hotels.com advertises $400 for use in the hotel and that was one of the main drivers for choosing this hotel vs others. Upon arrival it turns out it is 16 $25 coupons WHEN YOU SPEND $100. Coupons can't be used together so they are almost useless. The breakfast got super crowded due to being 1 restaurant for the whole hotel. And they were very unflexible with dinner reservations."

"Beautiful place. It’s well situated near Kupuri with beautiful views overlooking the water. The decor is gorgeous. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We enjoyed having the golf cart to get around the area. The reason for the four stars instead of five is that, upon check out, we were informed we were being charged 50 for each two dirty towels. One had a burn mark from an iron — we definitely did not use an iron at the beach— the other probably some dirt from the beach or something. We’ve stayed at a lot of places in our time and really never have had this—"

"12/10 experience. This is our favorite place to stay in the area!! Everything is so nice! The on-site chef, butler, and maid is amazing and makes this vacation stand out from everything else. The staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The food was delicious and had a lot of variety. Going home with all clean laundry is a game changer and such a luxury. We loved the pool and swam in it all day. The poolside drinks were an extra bonus and super tasty. The “casamia special” was our favorite! You won’t regret staying here!"
