Very nice hotel away from the busyness of all the resorts. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the pool clean and beautiful. We even used the barbecues one night and saw a few other people using them as well. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again

Must of the staff members who have met were very nice except lobby bar staff at night who were very rude especially the older men who I didn’t know the name (bartender) wow very disappointed with the service replacements were needed asap

Room was not clean, very dusty.
While the drivers were very friendly and professional, shuttles took an eternity as there was sometimes only 1 or 2 for the entire resort. Inconvenient when travelling with a toddler.
Burgers were good, but not much selection in terms of healthy food, especially at the buffet. Very few choices for fruit.
Staff was generally helpful.
