"Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. Recommend climbing up to the Britton Tower at El Yunque rain forest mountain, you can drive your car pretty high up and then hike for about 30-40min to the tower. Bacardi distillery tour is also highly recommended and was fun."

Barceló Bávaro Palace - All Inclusive

"Property is beautiful and clean. The buffets were kind of lacking this time in food choices. The premier restaurants were all great hibachi being the best. Beaches clean, never packed always can find a seat no matter what time of day . pools were busy, but not till about noon."

"Muy mala atención al cliente , las personas no tenían ganas de trabajar , no hay ningún servicio exclusivo para los elites , la comida pésima , habina bichos q tenían q estar fumigando, para ser elites tuvimos muy mala experiencia , las toallas y sábanas de la habitación machadas, el jacuzzi de la habitación sucio y cuando se abría salía agua con mal olor , la secadora de pelo no funcionaba , terrible ."

"Entertainment by the pool was cool. Staff were helpful, professional and polite. The food was very mid/ mediocre. I ended up losing 6 pounds because the food simply was not good! The silent party was definitely a highlight. The whole time share thing was annoying. Everywhere you went, including at the hotel it’s like “come to my presentation”. Ugh just a no for me. The spa was nice. She literally took the knot out of my back. I would do that 100 times. First night $60 went missing from my bag so for the rest of the trip we used the safe and still put up the do not disturb sign."

"There was always a pool chair or beach chair with shade available,Food and restaurant was great. The entertainment was great and the rooms are nice..The only negative was the lines for an omelette or stir fry and a lot of times, they wait for the trays in the buffet to empty before it is refilled and the line for the jerk chicken. And these are simple fix they can do to move the line along."
