"The staff and service was impeccable! My room was spotless. The food was so good with so many choices. They also offered Gluten Free options. Our trip was in February and it was 70 degrees, the pools are heated so that was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel."

" Beautiful hotel, newly renovated rooms. Had so many restaurants to choose from with pretty good food especially the Japanese restaurant on the family side. There’s an adult side and family side and I had access to both. Beautiful pools and beach. Overall amazing time and experience. "

"The staff was very nice. The rooms were also very nice. Most of the food was very good. There were a lot of options of where to hang out. They did a great job of cleaning the beach every morning. We stayed in a swim out room facing the pool and it was great. Only real complaint is the pools are not heated and were quite cold."
